I’m Richard Rose, a business leader and financial educator passionate about helping businesses achieve their full potential.
As a CFO, I led a startup through rapid growth, navigating multiple acquisitions, investment rounds, and global expansion to become an enterprise with $75M annual revenue and over 400 people.
I began my career as a financial statement auditor, gaining hands-on exposure to dozens of businesses across a variety of industries—from early-stage startups to $500M enterprises. This experience built a strong foundational understanding of what drives success behind the numbers—and where companies have the potential to go off track.
I founded Cascade Financial to guide businesses through the financial challenges that come with scaling. My passion is helping business owners reduce the burden of finance and administration so they can focus their time and energy on what they do best.
